Institute of cell Economics (ICE)  

The Institute of Cell Economics (ICE) is the think tank, central point and nerve center where all the products and activities of cell economics are analysed, documented, regulated and coordinated. It is located in the Venum School of Science and Applied Technology (VSAT) at Barefoot Education in Afrika Trust (BEAT). ICE is an important delivery channel for WBCs Cell economics model and strategy incubated at the Harare Institute of Technology (HIT) Technology Transfer, Licensing and Commercialization Center (TTLCC).

To be global leaders in cell economics theory and practice

To provide ongoing momentum for the establishment and maintenance of a global cell economics regime

  • To set up a Framework for Self-Regulation of various cel economics clusters
  • Under the self-regulatory framework, to design and implementation rigorous compliance framework
  • To establish the framework for developing cell economics theory through partnerships with tertiary education institutions
  • To carry out conceptual design and thought leadership on the nature of the WBC Cell Ecosystem
  • To define, establish and operate the WBC global cell ecosystem
  • To be the registrar of WBC Cells and provide capacity support for Cell Based Member organizations
  • To forge institutional social capital through various partnerships
  • To carry out global advocacy and implementation of cell economics
  • To generate and disseminate research and literature in cell economics
  • To operate a commercialization hub.
  • To implement ICE in multiple tertiary education institutions
  • To develop a sustainable capitalization architecture
